HISTORY

Main Ridge 2010. Gainsborough Park, on the site of former pioneer house “Tonkin House”. Over the years the old house was renovated, some of thie old structure remain in the weatherboard part of the structure. In 2010 was an extensive residence occupied by Dr Ian Wheatly and wife.
Dr Wheatley served as a surgeon on the Mornington Peninsula.
Photographs 11 and 12 are of Wheatlys’ daughter and grand daughter.
