Balnarring Beach, 2005. Demolition of mud brick home by Alistair Knox. A developer was unable to obtain a building permit to erect a large house because of local opposition and because it contravened building regulations in respect to preservation of the neighbour’ views. The house was demolished quickly early on 14/7/2005.
