HISTORY

Balnarring Beach c.1996. Camping reserve sign.
Mornington Peninsula Shire introduced restrictions on times when dogs could be present on the beach.
The beach was also used to exercise race horses in the early morning. The racing community was required to apply for permits for this access and the funds so raised were used towards maintenance of the camp ground reserves.
