HISTORY

Balnarring c.1920. Berryman Family at Warrawee.
Louis Berryman came to Balnarring in 1906 and bought ‘Milton Park’ of 300 t0 400 acres opposite ‘Warrawee’ - lots 26 A& B. Around 1910 he bought ‘Warrawee’, then about 40 acres.
L. Berryman was a signatory for land at Balnarring for the new for the Methodist Church. Until the church was ready the Berrymans held services in ‘Warrawee’.
Berryman noted (1908) as being a successful real estate agent.
