HISTORY

This image is of the Holy Trinity Church in Hastings. The printing on the front of the photograph is as follows: “The Rose Series P. 14875” “Holy Trinity Church, Hastings, Vic.” This is from a series of photos of the Hastings area from in the Rose series. This photograph was donated by Dr Bruce Bennett and is from the collection of Ron Benton.

DESCRIPTION

This is a colour image of the Holy Trinity Church, Hastings, Vic. The title is printed on the bottom of the photograph along with the maker’s details. The church is a brick building with large glass windows at the front and a large brick tower at the front right-hand side. There is an older building behind it. Garden tubs are on either side of the entrance and large trees are in the background.
