HISTORY

This is a photograph of the Hastings Postmaster’s residence with the Post Office and local telephone exchange beside it. The building beside the post office is a newsagent with the name “M. Mentiplay Newsagent” written on the top. These buildings are in High Street, Hastings. Printed on the back of the photo in biro is: “Hastings Postmasters Residence and Post Office High St”.
