HISTORY

This is a photograph of Mr T.H.(Tom) Barclay. He was a member of the Hastings Hall Committee for more than twenty-eight years and president for thirteen years. He was also president of the Hastings Football Club. Written on the back of the photograph in blue biro is: “Tom Barclay”. the word “ILFORD” is stamped in several places.

DESCRIPTION

This image shows a portrait of a middle-aged man taken from the waist up. He is wearing a three-piece suit with a striped tie and white shirt. He has a badge on his left lapel. He has a smile on his face, thick eyebrows and thinning hair.
