HISTORYThis is a photograph of Mr Thomas Barclay. He was President of the Hastings Hall Committee for many years and President of the Hastings Football Club. Written on the back of the Post Card in black ink is: “T.H. Barclay October 1909”. Also printed on the back is: “POST CARD Correspondence Address Only Kodak Australia”.
DESCRIPTIONThis image shows a portrait of a man from the waist up. His left arm is resting on a rail and his right hand is partly in his coat pocket. He is wearing a three-piece suit with a tie. His collar is small and stiff and his coat is unbuttoned. His hair is dark, parted on the left-hand side and has a large wave at the front. He has a large moustache. There are some plants underneath the railing.
