HISTORYThese are the men from the Orange Lodge. Their names are as follows: back row, left to right: Geo Thomas (Sam) Worcester, David (Dobbin) Read, John (Jack) Perrott, Alec Greives and Ruben Perrott. front row: Arthur Denham (middle) and Dave (Dove) Mentiplay (far right) are the only two men identified. The names of the men in the back row have been written on the back of the photograph.
DESCRIPTIONThis image shows a group of ten men sitting in two rows of five, wearing Orange Lodge Regalia. They are all wearing suits and ties and the regalia is around the neck and across the shoulders joined by a large toggle. They all have the number 219 on the regalia with a different initial above it. The man in the centre of the front row has an extra fringed collar on his regalia. The men are all ages from young to elderly. Three of the man are clean shaven and rest have moustaches and/or beards. There is a flag with the Union Jack and the word LIBERTY printed on it behind the back row of men. There are a lot of tree branches and leaves behind them.
