There are nine men standing in the back row, seven men sitting in the middle row and three men squatting in the front row. There are two men standing on the left-hand side of the image, one elderly and one young. They are both wearing suits. One man, wearing a three-piece suit is standing on the right-hand side of the image. The man squatting in the centre, front, is dressed in white and holding a football. Printed in white on the mounting at the top is:” Langwarrin Football Club”. Printed in white at the bottom of the mounting is: “Premiers. 1930”. Written on paper in blue biro and glued to the bottom of the image is: “(B) E. Hawken, ___, ___, ___, J. Swanson, A. Telford, H. Sullivan, K. Bryant.(M) Mr Hisbit, V. Fasio, A. Sullivan, F. Goudy, ___, H. Turner, J. Wicks, S. Peters, J. Bowes, (F) ___, ___, R. Thornell, M. Peters, standing.” Also written below the names is: “Somerville disbanded that year.”.
