HISTORY

This is the Hastings jetty taken from the north side looking across to French Island. To the left of the photograph, Little Sandy Point, Long Island can be seen.

DESCRIPTION

This image is of a jetty, taken from the foreshore. There are many boats beside the jetty as well as in the water in the foreground and on the left-hand side of the photograph. A large boat can been seen behind the jetty in the distance. There is a boat-shed on the end of the jetty. A beach is in the foreground with mangroves on the left-hand side. Land can be seen in the far distance.
