HISTORYNo history is known but this could have been manoeuvres in Langwarrin. Written on the back of the photograph in pencil is: “Donor Neville Creaney” and the number “49”.
DESCRIPTIONThis image shows a large group of over thirty military personnel travelling through the countryside. They are all in full military uniform and most of the soldiers are on horseback. Three horse-drawn wagons can be seen. There is a large tree behind the men in the centre of the image. Other large trees can be seen on the far right-hand side of the photograph and fence posts can be seen in front of these trees. The hill side in the distance is dotted with trees.
