There is a hat and coat on the ground on the right-hand side and a pile of hats on the grass at the top right-hand side. The man in the back row,on the right is holding his hat in his right hand. Two girls are wearing a white veils. There are pieces of wood and sticks on the rough grass.

No history is known, but it could be a church confirmation gathering, as two of the girls are wearing white veils. Written on the back in blue ink is: “March 3rd 1911”. Also printed on the back is: “POST CARD Correspondence Address only Kodak Australia”.
