HISTORYThese four women are sisters. They are from left: Anne Maine (Mrs Mill), Crissie Maine (Mrs Jeremiah), Jessie Maine, (Mrs Haddock) and Bella Maine (not married). Jessie is Bill Haddockâs mother. This information is written on the back of the photograph in blue biro.
DESCRIPTIONThis image shows four women standing in front of a motor vehicle, posing for a photograph. The women are elderly. Two women are wearing overcoats and two cardigans over their white blouses and skirts. One woman has grey hair and the other three are wearing berets. They all look very happy. Part of a timber shed can be seen behind them on the far right-hand side of the image.
