Shop fronts can be seen on the left-hand side and electricity poles and wires line the right-hand side. A large advertizing sign is beside the footpath on the right-hand side.

HISTORY

These are some of the entrants in the Hastings Day street parade on High Street, Hastings. Written on the back of the photograph in blue biro is: “26-2-94 The weather was perfect and the Bullock Team (No. 7.) is now ready to follow the antique cars (No. 6.) The Armstrong Gun, hauled by a 4 Wheel Drive Club vehicle was also in the Society’s No’s 6 + 7 entrants Doug Thompson Photo”.
