DESCRIPTION

This image shows the Somerville Premiership Football Team of 1929 posing for a photo. There are forty-five men standing and sitting in four rows. All the players have their arms folded and are wearing light coloured, V-neck T-shirts with a dark colour V at the neck, around their shirt cuffs and at the top of their socks. A football with “Premiers 1928 M.P.F.A.” is on the ground at the front between the players. All the other men are dressed in three piece suits, white shirts and ties. Tall trees are in the background.
