This is a council truck belonging to the shire of Frankston/Hastings.

DESCRIPTION

This image shows a truck with two men. One man is sitting in the drivers seat and the other man, who is wearing a white hat, is standing with one leg on the ground and the other in the truck. His left arm is resting on the open window. A drum is in the back of the truck. “Shire of Frankston Hastings 3” is printed on the door.
