Commemorative badge for naval personnel from World War 1. This badge was one of a collection of badges and medals collected by Mrs May Cochran and consists mainly of memorabilia associated with the Great War (W.W.I) and commemorative events in the early twentieth century history of Australia and Victoria

DESCRIPTION

Circular badge with tin backing and decorative facing. The image is of a flag. In the upper left hand corner is the Union Jack. The background colour of the flag is white with a red cross superimposed. The print reads "Our Sailors Day"
