Made for the World War 1 war effort? This badge was one of a collection of badges and medals collected by Mrs May Cochran and consists mainly of memorabilia associated with the Great War (W.W.I) and commemorative events in the early twentieth century history of Australia and Victoria.

DESCRIPTION

Gold coloured metal badge in the shape of a boomerang with the words "OUR BOYS" in quotation marks across the front. A small piece of red, white and blue striped ribbon is threaded through a raised keeper with the number 117766 stamped on it.
