DESCRIPTION

Souvenir mug of the coronation of George VI. Mug is cream colour and has 2 blue ovals with the faces of George VI and Queen Elizabeth surrounded by palm leaves. Above is a crown and below the faces of Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret on a blue background. Half encircling the pictures are the words’ Elizabeth. George VI. Coronation 1937”. On the back is a blue oval with the initials G and E intertwined, surrounded by palm leaves and a crown on top. Around the top of the mug are banners with the words “Dieu Et Mon Droit” in blue.
