HISTORYThis mug was presumably produced during the Second World War as a commemorative item. It was known as Falconware.
DESCRIPTIONWhite china mug with straight sides and curved shaped handle. The rim of the mug and the handle have been decorated with gold trim. On the front of the mug is an image of a bulldog sitting on a Union Jack flag with planes and ships in the background. The words “Britains Challenge” “Come on” are printed above and below the image.
