DESCRIPTIONMotor spirit consumer’s licence for the State of New South Wales, issued under the National Security (Liquid Fuel) Regulations, for a vehicle or engine used for business purposes only, for a primary producer. The licence is made out to Mr. Arnold R. Lynch, occupation horticulturalist, of Gol Gol, for a tractor, and dated 9-7-48. Licence number is 2355. On the back is a chart of monthly dates from April 1947 to Sept. 1949 and 12 of these have been stamped. Accompanying the licence are 5 motor spirit ration tickets, 3 for 5 gallons and 2 for 2 gallons
