DESCRIPTIONMotor spirit consumer’s licence for the State of New South Wales, issued under the National Security (Liquid Fuel) Regulations, for a vehicle used for business purposes/business and private purposes. The licence is made out to Mr. Arnold Roy Lynch, occupation horticulturalist, of Gol Gol, for a Vanguard car, registered no. ZY 009, and dated 2-5-49. Licence number is B058854. On the back is a chart of monthly dates from June 1948 to Nov. 1950 and 6 of these have been stamped. On the second sheet is a chart of monthly dates from Nov. 1949 to April. 1952 and 4 of these have been stamped.
