Kennedy, LL.B., Barrister & Solicitor, of 470 Little Collins Street, Melbourne, to Councillor Myers of Balnarring, requesting his assistance in repairing the road between Bittern Station and the Banksia Estate, Balnarring East, in which he lived. The letter is dated 5th September 1929
