On the front is a beach view, with bathers and a car inset, and information in decorative lettering surrounded by a decorative border. On the inside is more information, with a plan of the subdivision, and on the back is a map of the area. The agents are Knight & Harwood of 315 Collins Street, Melbourne, and Ronald Stone of Balnarring, the solicitors are Trumble and Hamilton of Temple Court, Collins Street, Melbourne, and the printer, Farrow Falcon Press of Little Lonsdale St., Melbourne.
