This couple is Peter Eric Peterson (1850-1931) and Mary Stephens (1847-1949). This photograph comes from the E. Barnes Collection.

DESCRIPTION

This image shows an elderly man and woman posing for a photo. The woman is sitting on a chair looking away from the camera. She is wearing a two piece black suit with a high neck white blouse. She has white hair. The man is standing beside her with his left hand on the chair. He is wearing a three piece suit and has a fob chain attached to his waistcoat. He has grey hair, beard and moustache. Pine tree branches are behind them and untidy grass all around them.
