HISTORYThis is the Debernadi home in Jones Road, Somerville. It was built from the bricks used in the Shire of Frankston & Hastings Municipal Office which was built there in 1911. The large cypress tree was near the old Council building. In 1996, the tree stump was still there and the residence was a Doctor’s surgery.
DESCRIPTIONThis image shows a low-set brick house with a brick fence and footpath at the front and a street in the foreground. The house has a tiled roof and a large set of windows on either side of the front door. A large cypress pine tree is beside the footpath on the right-hand side and part of another house can be seen behind the tree.
