HISTORY

This was a function for the launch of the book “Hastings - People and Places Vol. 1” published by Hastings-Western Port Historical Society Inc. held in the Hastings Museum. Denis Prosser, the man with the camera, was Vice President of the Society at the time and he was taking photographs of the launch. Valda Cole OA M, officially launched the book. The Western Port Regional Band played and the Town Crier, Ian Morrison, attended. Another 23 photos of this event appear at P1027.
