HISTORYThis function is the Australia Remembers Photographic Exhibition which was held at the Hastings Museum on Sunday, 20 August, 1995. It was officially opened by Captain N. Carson, Commanding Officer of HMAS Cerberus. Over two hundred people were in attendance, including Commissioner Jane Moffat of the Mornington Peninsula Shire. She was Patron of the Hastings Museum. People who appear in the photographs are Joy Coleman, Shirley Davies, President of the Hastings-Western Port Historical Society, Denis Prosser, Vice President of the Society, Glenda Butcher and Dolly Mawson.
DESCRIPTIONThese four images show a large group of people attending a function. In three of the images there are two people smiling for the camera and the fourth image shows a back view of a group of men and women.
