HISTORY

These are Hastings Shire staff, working in the Shire Offices which were situated in the old supper room at the back of the Hastings Hall. The man on the left is the Shire Secretary, Lance Walker. Beside him is Bob Spiers, Vera Croke and Judy Reynolds. The woman on the telephone is Pat Perrot.

DESCRIPTION

This image shows a woman sitting at a desk, talking on the telephone. Two men and two women are standing behind her. They are all smiling for the camera. The man on the left is wearing a white shirt, tie and suit and the man beside him has his sleeves rolled up. The woman on the left is wearing a dark coloured dress and the younger woman on the right is wearing a light coloured dress. Papers and boxes of files are on the desk top.
