HISTORY

This man is Arthur Woodley. He built this scale model of the crayfishing ketch “Myrtle Burgess”. This boat is on display in the Hastings-Western Port Historical Museum. Arthur was actively involved in the Hastings Museum of which he was an inaugural member and greatly assisted with his time, skills, expertise and knowledge as regards local maritime history. This photograph appeared in the Frankston/Hastings Leader newspaper on May 23, 2005.

DESCRIPTION
