HISTORY

This is High Street the main shopping street in Hastings. The photo was taken looking towards Western Port Bay.

DESCRIPTION

This photograph was taken standing in front of a large garden of pink flowers, looking down a busy shopping street. People are walking along the footpaths and street and motor vehicles are coming and going in each direction as well as parked on both sides of the road. A set of pedestrian and street lights are in the middle of the street. The Australia Post shop is on the far left-hand side.
