HISTORYThis man is Bruce Haywood. He is the son of Dr Arthur Haywood who was instrumental in founding the Hastings District Bush Nursing Hospital which opened in 1930. Dr Haywood also farmed cattle, sheep and pigs and represented the West Ward in the shire of Frankston and Hastings. As well as Bruce, he had a daughter Heather.
