HISTORYThis is the Immaculate Conception Church at Hastings. The original wooden Catholic church was built in 1889 and in time enlarged and moved to Victoria Street, Hastings. This building is now used as a school hall as a modern brick church was built in 1987 on Marine Parade, Hastings.
DESCRIPTIONThis image shows the front and side view of a wooden church. The narthex has a set of three windows at the front and a small side door. Double doors can be seen at the back section of the church. A small wooden cross is on the top of the roof. Trees are behind the building and a small garden bed is under the windows.
