HISTORY

The following information is written in red biro and glued to the back of the photograph. “July 1994 - Hastings & M’ton Councillors met recently at Hastings to discuss the role that commissioners will play during the transition to the proposed Mornington Peninsula Council.
Guests at the meeting included Mr Des Bethke, Consultant, Office of Local Government, Mr Frank Thompson, a Commissioner at the new City of Yarra & Mr Ken McNamara, Interim Chief Executive Officer of the new City of Hobsons Bay.”

DESCRIPTION
