HISTORY

The man is Ken Smith who was a Hastings Shire Councillor. He later became a member of the Victoria State Parliament. The woman in the centre is Lorna Bennetts and Sue Wilding, also a Hastings Councillor, is on the far right.

DESCRIPTION
