HISTORY

This is the Perrott family at their house ‘Emilton’ in High Street, Hastings. Frederick Perrott (b. 1879) is holding baby Mavis. The woman is Lilian Perrott (nee Jack) and Rueben Perrott is on the right. This photograph is from the Toakley Collection.

DESCRIPTION

This image shows a family sitting and standing on the verandah of a four posted brick cottage, posing for a photo. They are all very well dressed. The man on the left is holding a baby girl. The woman is sitting on a chair and the man on the right has one foot on a step and the other on the ground. Two windows with lace curtains are on either side of a wooden door.
