These men are employees of the Hastings Shire Council. There names are as follows: l to r: Bob Hooper, Assistant Shire Engineer; Michael Park, Foreman of Parks & Gardens; Steven Hall, Superintendent of Parks & Gardens; Graham Gregson, Superintendent of Works.

DESCRIPTION
