This house was built in 1939-40 for Mrs Emily Ruwolt, whose husband owned a large engineering factory ‘Vickers Ruwolt’ in Richmond

DESCRIPTION

This is an Old English or neo-Tudor style clinker brick and shingle-tiled house the house has a steeply hipped main roof, showing three chimneys attached to the front and side elevations brick fence with metal spiked gate in front of the house
