First owner Rev James Caldwell 1875, in the 1920’s opened as the ‘Andrew Kerr Memorial Home for
Children’, this home was donated to the Church of England Trust Corp as a Memorial to Sergeant Andrew Kerr killed in action in France 1916, at the present time it is the Andrew Kerr Aged Care Complex
