This home was opened in the 1920’s as the Andrew Kerr Memorial Home for Children, donated to the Church of England Trust Corp as a Memorial to Sergeant Andrew Kerr killed in France

Front view from Barkly Street altered from 1921 image two storey house now stuccoed upper verandah with glass windowed false wall part enclosed balustrade blocked in picket fence with gate in the centre at the front of the house
