‘Craigie Lea’ was built for Dr Alex Morrison (Head of Scotch College) c1862, other owners include
Norman Myer families and Bernard Dowd, possibly offered as accommodation to refugees in the 1950’s

‘Craigie Lea’ a two storey stucco mansion the image shows the first floor windowed right round mature plantings in the front of the building, people gathered in the foreground waiting for the auction to begin
