HISTORY

On 21st May 1892, fifteen members of the Mornington Football Team were drowned whilst on their way home from a match at Mordialloc, there were no survivors and only four bodies were recovered: Allchin Charles.E., Caldwell James R, William L., Hugh, Coles William H., Comber John, Firth James, Grover William E., Grover William, Hooper Charles, Hooper Charles F., Kenna John, Lawrence Alfred H., Milne George C.M., Williams Charles
