HISTORY

The church was first constructed in 1865 from bricks made from clay from a paddock opposite the church on the grounds of what is now Peninsula School, the designer was William Glover and the builder, Abel Worth Sloman, the land was donated by Mt Eliza pioneer Captain Edward Lintott
