HISTORY

The jetty was built by Mr George Mills in the early 1890’s and was he kept in order by Mr George Stone for many years.

DESCRIPTION

Image depicts an elderly gentleman (Mr George Stone) with a white beard wearing a felt hat and dark coloured cardigan/jacket sitting on the end of a dilapidated wooden pier. Vegetation including a few trees is in the background. There is no water around the pier.
