HISTORY

Joseph Grover was a past Shire President of Mornington as well as a builder, undertaker and business man during the 1890’s to 1930’s. The letter was written by Joseph and presented to Mr Cuthill? who presumably asked Joseph to write down his memoirs of the early days of Mornington.
