HISTORY

The building was formally the Mornington Butter Factory. It was demolished in the 1960’s. It was situated at 871 Derrill Road, Moorooduc. The factory commenced operations in 1897 on a site then occupied by Mr Ray Wells house (father of Keith) and known as Bungower Park.

DESCRIPTION

Image depicts a wooden and wire fence with a wooden sign attached “Bungower Park” painted on it. The gate opens towards a dirt road and trees and bushes on either side of the track. A roof of building can be seen in the distance.
