HISTORY

This house belonged to the Harrop Family. It was situated in Harrop Road which is in East Mornington and known as Osborne, Green Island. The Harrop family owned this house and was probably in use by this family from the 1860 or 70’s onwards.

DESCRIPTION

Depicts an old weather board house painted light green with white trim around the windows. The photo has been taken side on. There is a verandah along the front of the house with a brown lattice railing. The grass in the front and side garden is overgrown with a wooden pailing fence in the foreground.
