Probably built around 1890.

DESCRIPTION

Well maintained white, single-storied Victorian era house, with slate tile roof, and verandah around two sides edged with white iron lace-work. A bay window is on one side of the panelled green front door, and a green lawn in front and large trees on each side indicate a pleasant garden.
