HISTORY

This historic house was known as Ballochmyle and was originally located on the corner of Philip Street and Tanti Ave. The house has now been relocated to Dandenong/Hastings Road in Cranbourne.

DESCRIPTION

Large solid brick rendered Victorian house painted a pale colour with verandahs on three sides of the house. There is ornate iron lace on the verandahs. A large palm tree stands in the front garden. The gardens are formal with clipped hedges and a bitumen up the drive.
